Dear BEST CLASS EVER( Yes, that means you Mrs. Seegert's Fourth Graders),

   WOW! I am thrilled that so many of you still check up on the blog and stop by to leave comments on old posts! I like it even when you stop by just to say hello to me on here! I have to tell you that it makes my day! I'm so VERY sad that I can not be at DRE this year but I am sure that you are all doing very well in 5th grade.
   After Bedford closed the school, I found a job teaching Kindergarten in Toledo. I miss all of you sooo much and think about you often. I would love to visit but with my job it makes it very hard to.
   I just wanted to say thank you for writing me on here and feel free to do so whenever! Keep me updated! You can also e-mail me at taraseegert@hotmail.com if you ever need anything! Thanks again for the kind words! I send you all my love!

End of the year letter

6-11-11

Dear Students,

I hope you feel extremely proud of what you have accomplished this year because I am beaming with pride at the wonderful work you have accomplished! I am also proud at the fact that each person, I mean EACH PERSON, is such a fine young human being! From helping each other, teaching ME, learning long division, the eagle cam, to animal research projects…it has been one memorable year! Please know that as my first class ever, you will hold an even more special place in my heart! I wish you the best as 5^th graders! If you EVER need ANYTHING, please don’t hesitate to ask me. I’d do anything for my wonderful students! Keep in contact with me through the blog. I’ll also post an e-mail address on my blog that you can write me at. Have a wonderful summer, stay safe and always do your personal best! Strive to better your mind and soul! You are loved!

A note about this summer!

This blog will be up all summer! Encourage your kids to choose from the many educational sites and play games all summer long! These games help them to practice the important skills that we learned this year especially in Math! Very often the saying “if you don’t use it, you lose it” is true! So, PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE!
