This blog serves many purposes. The main function of this blog is to give the students a “go to” spot for all of our Computer Station work. The blog is also very interactive and a great way to safely gain experience with technology and the internet.
I encourage the children to use this site at home. I am continually adding useful links and activities that can be used to study at home.
Parents will also find this site useful. Parents are able to get a firsthand look at what we are working on. They can also read the comments left by the children on the various blog posts. I have a variety of useful links as well as detailed information on how our class runs.
Lastly, it can serve as a way to get ideas and resources for fellow educators.
