The internet can be a very bad place for kids. Sites like myspace and facebook can be dangurous if you give out personal info.

I learned on the omline saftey video that other people can make themselves look different on websites and keep their actual identidy a secret and not tell people and then they want to meet you.Some peoples friends might even take your username and password and spread it around so people can look at your website that your on. online saftey video selena
ReplyDeleteTim said the internet was as safe as going outside. He said not to give out any iformatoin about your self because people will use that informatoin to abuse you.

On the online saftey video I thought tim saying the internet is just as safe as playing outside was interesting because sometimes playing outside is not that safe.I also learned if you would'nt share your pesonal information out on the streets/in public you should'nt share it online!!!!!!!-Katie

ReplyDeleteI learned you should always ask an adult to send a picture to someone because the person could be tricking you and might even hurt you. Also I learned you shouldnt give your passwords to anyone not even your best friend. so that is what I learned from watching this video. Brittany

I learned that you should be really careful on the internet or on websites blogs and even just by texting. You never want people to know your true identity on the computer because they could be bad and try to track you down. You also should be caraeful while your texting because you do not want to hurt other people's feelings by just texting somthing to that person. I will never do that in my life. I will be a good citizen and be careful online and I will not cyberbully.

I learned that blog actuly means weblog,and that CDs have tiny bumps that work with lasers.Also that the flash drive stores memory with 1 and 0.

I learned that searching on the internet is NOT as easy as I thought it was.I thought you could just type it in.I didn't know you could lower the amount of hits or websites.

I learned that bullys can hurt you in many diffrent ways.So are they could text you and say something and leave something on your blog about you.I NEVER thought it was this bad in till i watched these videos.I learned so much more to.

I learned you should use a ups flash drive to put information on it like homework because you can carry it around everywhere. And if you use a Cd and carry it around it wouldn't fit in your pocket. That is what I learned in this video. Brittany
